Hygiene Policy

Room Sanitation

Every treatment room is sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectants between every session, every time — not just at the start or end of the day.

Fresh Linens, Every Session

Linens and disposable covers are replaced for each guest and never reused between sessions.

Therapist Health Screening

All therapists undergo health screenings every 90 days as part of our standard operating procedure.

Privacy

All treatment rooms are private with full-door closure — no shared or open-plan treatment areas.

Hydration

Drink water before and after your session — it's a simple step that helps most guests feel more comfortable afterward.

Arrival Time

Walk-ins are always welcome. If you're calling ahead or requesting a specific therapist, arriving 5–10 minutes early helps things run smoothly.

Clothing

Wear whatever is comfortable and easy to change out of. We provide fresh linens and disposable covers for every session.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed at reception before your session begins — no hidden fees or forced package upsells.

Cancellation

Since we operate primarily on a walk-in basis, there's no cancellation fee for informal bookings. If you've reserved a specific therapist or time by phone, please call or WhatsApp us if your plans change.
