2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit the site.
- Booking form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred massage type, preferred date and time, and any notes you enter.
- Contact and WhatsApp messages: anything you send us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact page.
- Automatically collected data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring website, collected through Google Analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to booking requests and confirm session availability at a branch.
- To answer questions sent through WhatsApp, phone, or the contact page.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. WhatsApp booking requests
The booking form on this site does not submit data to our server or store it in a database. When you press "Send Booking Request via WhatsApp," your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you entered. Nothing is sent to us until you personally press Send inside WhatsApp. Once sent, that message is handled the same way as any other WhatsApp conversation with us, and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for message delivery and storage on their platform.
5. Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (Google Tag: G-1BFJ04YJEY) to understand site traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymised or pseudonymised usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with:
- Google Analytics, for site usage measurement.
- WhatsApp/Meta, when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
- Government authorities, where required by UAE law.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Data retention
Booking-form data is never stored on our server, as explained in Section 4. WhatsApp and phone conversation records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry or booking, or as required by UAE record-keeping regulations. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's own default retention settings.
8. Your rights under UAE law
As a UAE-based business, we aim to handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
