1. Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy explains how payment and refund matters are handled for sessions at Chandini Rath Spa's 8 Ajman branches.
2. No online payment is collected
chandinirathspa.com does not process any online payment. The "Book Your Session" form does not charge you — it only prepares a WhatsApp message with your booking details for you to send. No money changes hands through this website at any point.
3. Payment and refunds at the branch
Payment (cash or card, as accepted at each branch) is collected in person, at the branch, at or after the time of your session — never in advance through the website. Because payment is only taken once a session has been provided, the standard scenario of "refunding an online prepayment" does not apply to bookings made through this site.
4. If you're not satisfied with a session
If you were not satisfied with a session, please raise this with branch staff before you leave, so it can be addressed at the time. If that isn't possible, contact us using the details in Section 6 as soon as you can. Each case is reviewed individually by branch management; outcomes may include a complimentary follow-up session, a partial adjustment, or another resolution depending on the situation. This policy does not promise a specific outcome in advance for every case.
5. Booking requests and no-shows
Because no payment is taken through the booking form, there is no charge to refund if you don't attend after sending a booking request via WhatsApp. If your plans change, letting the branch know by WhatsApp or phone helps them manage availability for other guests.
6. Cancelling or changing a booking request
Since a booking request only becomes a confirmed slot once a branch replies to your WhatsApp message, cancelling or changing one is simple: reply in the same WhatsApp conversation to let the branch know your plans have changed, or call the branch directly. There is nothing to refund at this stage because no payment has been taken — you're only cancelling a request, not a paid transaction. If you've already arrived for a session and decide not to proceed before it begins, no charge applies, as payment is only collected after the service is provided.
