1. Who reviews our content and standards
Priya has overseen therapist certification, hygiene protocols, and treatment standards at Chandini Rath Spa in Ajman since 2016. She holds a diploma in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and is responsible for auditing operations against Ajman DED licensing requirements, as well as reviewing the accuracy of factual claims published on this website.
Any page on chandinirathspa.com marked "Content reviewed by Priya Nair" has been checked by her against the standards described below before publishing, and periodically afterward.
2. Therapist certification standards
Every therapist at Chandini Rath Spa is required to hold certification specific to the technique they practise — Indian Ayurvedic, Kerala Abhyanga, Russian deep tissue, Thai Nuad Bo-Rarn, or Pakistani head and neck therapy. We do not cross-train one therapist across all five traditions; each specialises in one discipline, and certification is verified before they are assigned to sessions in that discipline.
3. Hygiene protocol audits
- Treatment rooms sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectant between every session
- Fresh towels and disposable sheet covers for every guest — never reused
- Single-use, certified-organic massage oils
- Therapist health screening every 90 days
- Oils skin-tested before use
These aren't marketing claims made once and forgotten — Priya's team checks that every item on this list is still being followed on an ongoing basis, not just when a therapist is first hired.
4. How standards are maintained over time
Standards can drift over time without active oversight, even at a single location. To prevent that, our operations are periodically checked against the same fixed checklist — therapist certification records, hygiene protocol compliance, and pricing consistency (the same AED 99 starting rate, not a different number depending on the day or the guest). The goal is that a guest visiting today gets the same standard of service as a guest who visited when we opened in 2011.
5. Website content accuracy review

Where a page states a specific number or fact (rather than a general description), that number is checked against our own records before publishing, and the page is dated so visitors can see when it was last reviewed.
